what kind of makeup would look good on me?
i have tan skin, a little lighter than this:

have deep set round eyes, wear glasses like these:

and i have full lips, high cheekbones, big cheeks, dimples & a long nose
i feel really comfortable with winged black eyeliner that's pretty thin
but what do you guys have in mind? 
people tell me i look better with glasses btw

Yes, a thin winged black eyeliner does the trick, because of facial characteristics. [Wing it up just a little bit]
For the blush it should be a pinkish orange, and make it a bit upward.
For the eyeshadow, sparkly green, plum purple, silver, grey, navy, and/brown will look good.
Because you have full lips, keep it simple to light pink, clear lip-gloss, and/ nude.
Add mascara for the POP, darken and neaten your eyebrows, conceal and highlight.
